Zone Panels & Kits

The CC2-HCESP with ESP forced air zoning systems represent the most contractor-friendly solution today. The CC2-HCESP model is designed to fit up to two zone applications for single-stage heat/cool systems in residential and light commercial applications. This zone control system comes with built in ESP static pressure control which eliminates the need for a bypass damper when used with the standard 3-wire MD damper series.

The system works like any standard zone control system with one exception. As zone dampers open and close, the built in ESP static pressure control continuously monitors the system static pressure and if required, sends a signal to zone dampers that are in the closed position to open to a point where the proper static pressure level is maintained. The small amount of air that is allowed to bleed into non-calling zones eliminates air noise and assures proper airflow through the HVAC system preventing coil freeze-up.

The CC6 with ESP is a 6 zone, two-position forced air zone control panel that can be expanded to as many as 12 zones. The panel can be used with single-stage, multi-stage, heat pump or dual fuel equipment with up to 4 stages of heating and 2 stages of cooling. Slide switch configuration makes setup quick and easy.  This zone control system comes with built in ESP static pressure control which eliminates the need for a bypass damper when used with the standard 3-wire MD damper series.  A wide range of control options provides ultimate application flexibility.

A thermostat in each zone will control not only the desired space temperature by also the motorized zone damper. If a zone thermostat calls for heating or cooling, the zone not calling will have its damper powered closed, and the zone calling will have its damper opened. When the zone calling is satisfied, the heating or cooling equipment turns off.

Intuitive firmware allows the panel to be used with a single-stage, multi-stage, heat pump and dual fuel equipment having up to 3 stages of heating and 2 stages of cooling. Standard heat / cool or heat pump thermostats can be used with the CC6-HCMSHP-KIT along with a choice of two or three-wire zone dampers. Simple slide switch configuration allows for a wide range of system setup and control options best suited for each zoning application.
